How do I assign an appraiser or appraisal coordinator to a group of appraisees?

Assigning an appraiser or appraisal coordinator to a group of appraisees:

To assign an appraiser to a group of appraisees you can perform a batch assignment.

  1. Click on 'appraisee assignment' from the menu
  2. Select appraisees that need appraiser amended using tick boxes
  3. Expand 'Assign new appraiser to selected appraisees'
  4. Select the name of the appraiser you wish to assign the selected appraisees to using the drop-down menu
  5. If required, expand 'Assign new Appraisal Coordinator to the selected appraisees'
  6. Select the name of the appraisal coordinator you wish to assign the selected appraisees to using the drop-down menu
  7. Click 'Submit'
