This web resource is designed to support doctors (in both Primary and Secondary Care) working and training in Scotland undertaking Medical Appraisal and Revalidation.
Scottish Online Appraisal Resource (SOAR) - the secure online platform developed and maintained by NES - is used by all doctors working in Scotland for their completing their annual appraisal processes; and also allows for trainees to complete their self-declarations as part of their annual reviews.
