A workbook has been provided for you as an aide-mémoire in your learning journey.  Please use this to note down your reflections when working through the modules; and have this available to you on the day so you can refer to it during the small and large group discussions.

Preparing for mini appraisals

As part of the pre-course work, you are asked to prepare the following for the mini practice sessions:

1. Consider and prepare a quality improvement activity to discuss (in the appraisee role) for day 1 (no documents uploaded needed); and
2. Complete the PDP template provided so that it is ready for sharing with fellow course participants ahead of day 2 (required to upload to Teams for sharing).
