I cannot thank you enough for your continued patience during this project. I am delighted to confirm that the go live has now been agreed and will take place on Tuesday 28th January from 9am to 1pm. SOAR will be taken OFFLINE during these hours, please make sure to log out of SOAR before then to avoid losing your work.
We have organised a series of lunch time drop-in webinars to demo the changes and more importantly an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. Follow the below links to register for the event of your choosing.
We will try to record some of these sessions also, but updated guidance will be published to coincide the changes.
If you have not already done so, make sure to create a Turas account and link it to SOAR - once the system changes are deployed, the only way to login to SOAR will be through a Turas account.

Note for Appraisers: although the focus of this development is on appraisees, there is one change to the setup that will impact you. When creating new appraisal meetings, please check your appraisee's appraisal history FIRST. If there's any old incomplete appraisals, or any duplicate appraisals created, please liaise with the appraisee and admin teams to close these off. SOAR will force the appraisee to submit to the OLDEST open appraisal(s) first, meaning they can't proceed with a new appraisal with you until these appraisals are closed off.
Any current / ongoing appraisals with appraisees are fine, only an issue if they have another/older or duplicate appraisal in the history - that would cause an issue.
We are working on updating the user guides and will share them ASAP.
