Thank you for your continued patience as we progressed the development in the background.
As previously announced we will deploy the database changes today (9th January) from 4pm to 9pm and SOAR will be taken offline to facilitate this - please do not login to SOAR during this time to avoid your work not saving. [Edit/update 10/01/2025 - database successfully migrated last night without issues.]
Unfortunately, despite working through the festive breaks, both development teams are still finalising the bug fixes and we will not be able to deploy the final redesign changes next Wednesday morning as hoped.
We are looking at the week beginning 27th January to deploy these changes and we will confirm this next week.
We will organise a series of lunch time drop-in webinars to demo the changes and more importantly an opportunity to answer any questions you may have. Details will follow once we have confirmed the deployment plans next week.

If you have not already done so, make sure to create a Turas account and link it to SOAR - once the system changes are deployed, the only way to login to SOAR will be through a Turas account.
