To avoid clashing with users preparing for their appraisal during the festive break, we have opted to push back the go-live date of the proposed system changes.
We are targeting the beginning of January 2025 - as soon as we have the exact dates agreed with internal and external developers, we will message all users to confirm.
In the meantime however, only about 60% of SOAR users have signed up with Turas and linked their accouints to SOAR. Please use this extended time to complete this action to ensure a smooth transition to the new setup.
There's been a number of queries around the announced changes to SOAR as mentioned in our recent newsletters. As a follow-up, we have created a temporary Frequently Asked Questions page in our FAQ section to answer your queries - we will add to this as and when new queries come in.
