Due to various findings during the testing stage, we have opted to push back the go-live date of the proposed system changes to give developers more time to fix things.
We are tentatively targeting the week beginning November 11th (potentially Wednesday 13th) - as soon as we have this agreed we will message all users to confirm.
There's been a number of queries around the announced changes to SOAR as mentioned in our recent newsletters. As a follow-up, we have created a temporary Frequently Asked Questions page in our FAQ section to answer your queries - we will add to this as and when new queries come in.
