Feedback in Medical Appraisal

This workshop will explore the feedback elements of appraisal. It will consider MSF and PSQ generally and in the context of the different ways of working over the last two years. It will also look at skills and techniques appraisers could consider to give feedback more generally.

By the end of the session participants will:

• Have considered different ways to give feedback on supporting information submitted to an appraisal
• Be aware of different options for collecting patient feedback for an appraisal in the context of the latest GMC guidance
• Have considered how to deal with different MSF scenarios in a medical appraisal discussion
