Colleague Feedback

Colleague Feedback

Whilst you are asked to reflect on your supporting information, you are NOT expected to use every template offered - only those you wish to use and that are applicable to your needs (you may have documented your reflections elsewhere in the appraisal forms).

Remember, the templates are there to aid you as additional supporting information, they are NOT mandatory.

Right-click on the document links below and save the file to your computer first.  Once the template has been saved you should be able to navigate to the folder you saved it to, and open it.  Once you have completed your reflections, save the file (in original file extension) and upload it as part of your supporting information.

Supporting information for Colleague Feedback is required once every revalidation cycle.

To use the NES MSF Tool, login to SOAR and follow links for "MSF".

If you have used alternative MSF tools, please upload your MSF report and reflections instead.

You can find further information regarding colleague feedback on the GMC website.

Your college may also provide relevant guidance.
