College feedback, more commonly referred to as MSF (multi source feedback), is also required once every revalidation cycle.
The format is similar to other sections, with functions to add documents and reflections (1), with signposting of guidance also available (2).
But unlike PSQ, NES offers a MSF tool as part of SOAR.
Click on the "MSF" tab (3) and follow the redirection links back to old SOAR to connect to Wasp Software, our third party provider for MSF.
The Wasp Software process takes 3 weeks to complete from the day you initiated it on SOAR. Provided you have received at least 8 rater responses and that you have completed your own self-assessment questionnaire, the MSF report will close and sit on Wasp until you manually download it, or SOAR will attempt to download it for you within 7 days of your next appraisal meeting.

Alternatively, if you wish to use a different tool provided elsewhere, you can simply upload your MSF report and your reflections in the "Supporting documents" tab (1).
