The setup for "Significant events" is very similar to the QIA section.
You can upload any necessary files by clicking on the "Add documents" button, and document your reflections in the comments box below (1). Similar signposting is on the "Guidance" tab (2).
Only difference is the revalidation requirements, where "review of significant events" is something that is expected of you at every annual appraisal.
