How can we engage patients to give us feedback, in this highly pressurised, fast paced, post-Covid environment? Doctors on the go need to be able to engage with patients easily, with no admin burden. Patients need a quick and accessible platform. As a society we need to stay "green" and stop printing unnecessary forms. We would like to present the development and outcome of the "Lothian PSQ" and the "GG&C PSQ"; 2 modern, electronic options which were both developed to support doctors towards this GMC requirement of appraisal and revalidation.
