Wireframe
Key changes to new appraisee screens:
- References to Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 are removed;
- Instead we are simply outlining all the supporting information requirements for appraisal.
- Domains will be referenced in Form 4 only for appraisers, but elsewhere we would only reference the supporting information to avoid confusion.

All trainer (and trainee) data on SOAR is imported from TurasTPM.
- Pg29 = ROT form primary care (if they say "No", and the user has no GMC named-trainer role from the Turas import, then user does not need to complete ROT form)
- Pg30 = ROT form primary care (if they say "Yes", they are an approved GP trainer, then they do not need to complete ROT form)
- Pg31 = ROT form primary care (if they say "No" but they ARE in the Turas import, then they will need to complete the ROT form, at this point the ROT form is enabled for completion)
- Pg32 = ROT guidance notes
- Pg33 = Compliments and complaints - Guidance notes (actual Compliments and complaints section still to be finalised)
